Practical points:
- Alcohol, drugs, cigarettes and non-vegetarian food are not permitted within at least 3 days before the retreat. They are also strictly prohibited during the retreat.
- Participation in any Tantra Nectar University program requires sincerity and opennes towards your own spiritual journey. Therefore, for new participants, a preliminary interview with the host is mandatory.

- For the final day, prepare a more elegant festive outfit that is intended for the closing ritual

- Growth can be painful, but it is the way to life changes. So if during the retreat any trauma or mind limitation surfaces, do not be afraid or shut yourself from the world, just ask for support. Give yourself this chance.
- We have a large support team, so if you need anything, let us serve you. Our beloved masters Satya and Satyarthi will also be there to aid you.
All our retreats are conducted in English with a consecutive translation into Russian.
- It is very important to participate in every session and not to miss the practices.
- Please, if you are going to miss a session for whatever reason, tell the retreat planners or masters.
